The system designs with MicrobeLift products have been proved meeting the effluent standards by the Indonesian Environmental Agency and the Industrial Complex. MicrobeLift is composed of bacterial consortium (100% natural), providing effective and efficient degradation of organics in wastewater treatment.

soap factory - medan, north sumatra

The WWTP needed a retrofit due to the production wastewater that has exceeded the current WWTP capacity. PBI designed and added key technologies such as DAF, MBBR, and activated carbon filter in order to meet the discharge standards.

bakery - MEDAN, NORTH SUMATRA

Being one of the top most popular bakery shop, its WWTP was having difficulties to cope with a higher flowrate and debit than designed. This caused an FOG accumulation in the Grease Trap, and the FOG excess entered the next treatment process of the WWTP. The case was handled with a clean up of the Grease Trap and the addition of MicrobeLift SA, IND, and DGTT.

NATA DE COCO FACTORY - KEDIRI, east java

This factory was not successful in meeting the restricted effluent standards despite the operation that has been more than a year. After using MicrobeLift, wastewater quality parameters are met and they falls within the low range the standards.

BAKERY - medan, NORTH SUMATRA

This bakery initially did not have a wastewater treatment system. PBI designed and managed the construction of the treatment system. The wastewater is treated solely using Microbe-Lift IND to degrade the organic constituents and acids. Overall, the system design and Microbe-Lift application showed satisfying results.
